The Order Process
Step 1: Receipt of the Order

Step 2: Status Order Confirmation + Payment pre-authorization
Item available – The order is in process.
Item is in backorder – The order is on hold – Possibility of waiting the manufacturer delivery delay (5 to 7 business days) or to choose another similar item.
Item is discontinued – The order is on hold – Possibility to choose another similar item.
Shipping surcharge – The order is on hold – Send payment information to complete the transaction.
Step 3: Order Shipment + Payment Confirmation
The reference shipping number will allow you to track your package once it has been shipped with the carrier.
Step 4: Order Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation inviting you to participate to our Customer Satisfaction Survey and Loyalty Crowns Program!

If you place an order before 13:00 (ET), and the information has been verified and we have all the items in stock, we will process and ship your order within the same business day!
Yes, it's possible! If the item is out of stock, a special mention will be written on the product's page or in the email confirmation. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to receive the item at our warehouse. As soon as we receive it, it is send to you the same day!
For some products, we might only have a few combinations left in stock. By selecting the first option, you will see the possible combination from this first selection. If no combinations are available, select another option to see which other combinations are available.

Eligible for a Return:
Items in their original condition, unused, with the original packaging and labels
Items damaged in shipping or defective items
Items covered by the manufacturer warranty
Not Eligible for a Return:
Jocks & Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product
Mouthguards - Due to hygenic reasons
Special Orders, Pro Stock and Team Orders
Customized Products - This includes jerseys with personalization.
If a composite lacrosse stick is broken due to a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of being ordered, it may be eligible for a replacement!
To initiate a warranty claim for a lacrosse stick, please contact the manufacturer directly. Original proof of purchase is required.
There are no restocking fees, only the shipping fees to return the item at our warehouse.
